If there was an option for leaving less than one star, I'd chose it! Bought a chair on October 15, 2024 and was told delivery would take 12 weeks. It has now been 17 weeks! I had to call the store multiple times after that delay to get information on the late delivery. Getting them to return a call is like pulling teeth! The manager finally called me on a Saturday and repeated the lame excuse that the chair was stuck in customs. Just received the beautiful Canadian-made Leathercraft sofa and chair I ordered at Ormes Furniture - right in time for the Christmas holidays! Cheryl was a perfect Sales consultant: pleasant, attentive and VERY patient while I selected the various options on this customized set. It arrived exactly when promised, and was delivered by courteous fellas. A super furniture shopping experience!
