No help in the assessor office. Shelia Williams act as if she’s the boss. Mr. Erroll Secretariat Wanda wouldn’t set up appointment for me to see him to help on the high taxes . Shelia told me to let them lose their property. She said people come in CityHall selling grandmothers property everyday. Who tells someone that. Thats sad! That’s why black people have nothing now. If I was white I know she wouldn’t have said that to them.
I had contacted this office about a change of address and had failed to complete the form correctly. I was called by Victoria Saulny, who was so very patient and courteous with me. She helped me get things straight. She is very good at her job. It was a very nice experience—much different from one I had years ago. Thank you! Charlotte Mitchell
