Their attorneys are severely underpaid and treated like garbage. Don’t work here if you want to actually make money. After working here, it shocks me these clowns can still keep any clients. Banks and mortgage companies could hire in-house attorneys to do the work for half the price while paying the attorneys twice as much. All the money this place makes goes to keep Linda chilling in Naples, Florida 9 months out of the year.
Set up a settlement plan, yet the initial creditor is still filing in small claims court. Apparently they just steal your money and never pass it along to the actual creditor.

Displayed my home on a foreclosure auction site when it was not in foreclosure and I have been harassed regularly by flippers and real estate sharks who won't leave me alone trying to steal my home and they won't take down the listing
Froze my bank at MTB no explanation no notice no contact no authority to collect must be working for portfolio recovery on the illegal preceeding that they file through and crooked channels of getting workable judgements to do so. Courthouse in my county says they dnt look at the paperwork they just stamp it . What a joke on the attorneys, courthouse and the way they do crooked legal proceedings
