The business does not care about the safety of its employees, customers, or potential customers. Despite a mandatory mask requirement for COVID-19 in the county, none of the employees in the store were wearing masks (didn't even see any masks available) and we had to fight to maintain social distancing. When we tried to confirm that the installers would wear masks while working in our home we were told by the owner that he would not ask his employees to do that. Business response:
For 42 years I've been taking care of business! The health and safety of my customers, employees, and family is very important to me! Installers wearing a mask was never previously discussed. This is America, if I don't feel like wearing a mask in my 3,ooo square foot showroom with only myself and one employee (who is family) that's my prerogative.
The owner of Orlando Tile and Marble is extremely rude and unprofessional. The quality of workmanship is very poor! Please save yourself headaches and give your business to someone who will provide the level of customer satisfaction you deserve!!!
