After going through 2 Foreclosure, it was impossible to buy a house, but with the perseverance and professionalism of Lola Narvaez who is a long time professional of the mortgage industry, she was able to pull it off. The lady is really rude. I asked about financing a home and she acted like I was dumb on the phone. I am not mortgage specialist so if someone ask a question she will tell you to figure it out yourself. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Called to get first time buyer information to purchase a home for my family an myself. And this woman picks up the phone and the first thing she states is that she is in a hurry and only has time to answer a few questions. We continue the conversation for a few more minutes to only feel as if I was bothering her. She then states that she is upset because i had asked her to hold on ONE time during our conversation. Purchasing a home with Lola & Ivette at Orlando Mortgage Company was an extraordinary experience. They were very courteous, reliable, professional and efficient. While my husband and I were searching for a home we indicated to other companies that our score may be less than perfect and was told "We can't help unless your score is above 640."
