From beginning to end, our experience with Seatbelts was great. From booking, to pick up, van quality, to ease of drop off, everything was great. 9 adults and 2 children in car seats, we had plenty of space, and were very comfortable. A plus was that we stayed on a Disney property, so all of our park parking was free and it allowed us the freedom to come and go without having yo wait on a bus or train. Got down to Florida and in a bind with 9 total passengers, kid gear, and bags for 5 day, 4 night stay. Was able to reserve the van and they got it ready roll very quickly despite it being later afternoon on Saturday. They even helped me fix the reservation I messed up by choosing the wrong vehicle while reserving haha. Everyone I worked with was straightforward, helpful, and cordial. They were always available with any questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had car seats for kids and the VIP service was such a blessing. The Van and car seats were in excellent condition. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Paul was so easy to work with! The van was perfect and had so much room for our big group! Super fair prices. We got the high top for our taller people, and I felt super safe since all seats had seatbelts! Will definitely do business with them again!

I had an excellent experience renting a 15 passenger van from Seatbelts LLC. Booking was seamless. The van was in excellent condition. The return was simple. And most importantly, the customer care was UNMATCHED!
