Seller Beware! I was lied to on at least two occasions and still have a number of items unaccounted for. They will lump things together and your invoice will show "misc" with no way of telling what sold. Also, they violated the coronavirus shutdown and auctioned my items during this time even though I asked them to hold the items until businesses were allowed to open. There could not have been many participants which is evident by the ridiculously low prices.
New to the area I had heard about this place. I rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath in the downtown city center. I needed everything as I had made the decision to seriously downsize before my Big Move! A neighbor told me about the Auction and that they are every Saturday. I lived without furniture and could not cook until I had a chance to get to the auction.
