My nieces rented a BMW started from July 3, 2026 - July 6, 2026. Sunday morning, July 5th she received an ema from “Tevin” instructing her to return the vehicle because it’s over booked. Also received an email from Jenny from Customer Support stating that there is an upcoming trip for a later time. My niece paid full price prior to picking up the vehicle. We had a Holiday event in Orlando. We had plans to take this kids to theme Parkes today and we had to cut our trip short. I will never rent from this agency again
It horrible how they nickel and dime the Host and will not payout claims. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
Do not use this company! I went through Turo to rent a car that was at MCO Airport in Florida with a host named Luis. Luis didn’t speak proper English, his instructions led me to an empty parking lot, and upon finding the parking lot where the car was supposed to be, it was not where it should have been and there was a strange man following me the entire time. I find the car finally and by the next day I’m getting a notification that an AirTag has been following me. I find the AirTag hidden in the trunk, I call Turo support ... read more
