If I could give zero stars, I would give it for this location…. I made two appointments here and both times we were misinformed from the staff…. The first one was we made an appointment at 2 o’clock and when we arrive, they said your appointment was at 12:30. You missed it… We rescheduled a week later and then they said we don’t take that insurance anymore after they told us they do accept it over the phone… This place is such a waste of time and effort… The staff is very puzzled. They don’t know what to do…
Do not come here for a Kindergarten eye exam..the doctor, who was not nice, hardly tried to get what was needed for the exam. The technicians were nice and tried, but the doctor basically shunned us and wouldn't even finish the exam. Very disappointed.
