Very poor experience, I was told that the cost I paid included complementary service within 30 days if they needed to return, however when I requested additional service, because they didn’t complete what they came out to do, there was an additional charge. No one, not even the associate who initially came out to complete what I paid for, ever mentioned anything about an additional fee for removing wasp nests.
