I've been a customer for years, and now Orkin won't respond to my repeated emails and phone calls in search of customer support. I've cancelled my service and I would recommend a smaller company that still cares about its customers.
Rick Terry is the man you hope arrives when you call about your bug problem. We live on a creek and have tons of ants and other bugs that need to be kept at bay. The difference Rick has made since we hired Orkin is night and day. He knows our house and property well and he takes great care with it. We had a baby last year and he even independently changed the way he sprayed inside to ensure his safety, letting us know of course. We’re always happy to have Rick come over and would be overrun without him!
