This Bank's staff needs customer service training. Their so called managers are rude, disrespectful and don't have a clue. I dealt with one of their female so called managers and she was angry and hostile from the get-go, maybe she has realized she reached her glass ceiling and going nowhere fast.. I would not do business with this bank nor recommend it to anyone.
