They did not meet the committed delivery date causing the need for overnight shipping which was almost the same price as the case itself. Once the case arrived, our logo was not on it causing further delay. I paid through the nose and did not receive the level of customer service I felt was adequate. A minimal discount was offered in attempt to right the wrong, but the cost of doing further business is not justified. I do not recommend business here.

Great Company. Their customer service is over the top. Our company buys regular shipments from them. We will continue to use OrionCase for our needs. Top Notch.
