Should be able to give zero stars. Incompetence is their goal and that have achieved it. Asking for the same thing 5 days in a row and having it sent 5 days in a row is completely unsatisfactory. Asking for 1 thing at a time to make the process take months and months. Run away as fast as you can from this so called company. Zero stars!!!
I have been working with Orion Lensing for 7 weeks to no avail. We were supposed to close on July 29th and on that day they pulled more unnecessary conditions. As of today, September 16th all conditions are met and the underwriter will not give any explanation as to why we don't have a CTC. I was assured yesterfay we would have a clear to close today. All documents have been provided, conditions met over and over . Talk of personal issues with the underwriter who was MIA for days. Sounds like a management issue. My interest ... read more
