Andres has been very communicative with all of us. Closed almost every loan submitted.
this lender has terrible communication and cost a buyer a home. we had the appraisal in within a week of offer acceptd, and three weeks after that, Orion sent the report that per the appraissal the rents were too low to meet the fha sustainability requirement. This should have been communicated far sooner and caused a lot of money to be spent by the buyer.
As a buyers agent, my lender used Orion Lending for funding. The expected closing date was Dec. 18, 2024. The appraisal was received on Dec. 13, 2024, and not reviewed to find an issue with the appraiser until Dec. 17th. After five extensions, this file is STILL not ready to close and will carry through to the New Year despite all conditions being met.
