I applied for a refinance and was told everything looked “good to go.” Two weeks later, I’m still chasing updates. My loan officer stopped replying to emails, and when I finally got someone on the phone, they asked for documents I had already submitted twice. The rate they initially quoted also changed without a clear explanation. It felt disorganized and frustrating, definitely not the smooth process they promised.

My experience with Orion Lending was extremely disappointing and costly. Communication was poor during the most critical stage of the loan process. We were still receiving conditions and trying to provide documents to satisfy them, including gift funds and other supporting documentation, yet instead of getting clear answers about what was actually needed, communication became limited and then stopped.
