The programs and products are great. The AE is exceptional. The AM was difficult to communicate with and their responses were copy and paste vague answers. It would take multiple inquiries and getting the AE involved to get a specific answer for a detailed question.
Extremely disappointing experience with this lender. What should have been a straightforward loan process dragged on for nearly three months, only for the application to ultimately be declined over an issue involving the withdrawal terms of a 401(k) account. I would not recommend using this lender based on my experience. The loan file remained with them for around 3 months, even though the required loan documents had already been submitted. Instead of providing a clear timeline for closing, I repeatedly received assurances that everything would be completed the following day, only for the process to be delayed again.
