Getting worst every year. 2 years later still no title to 2 different truck. Took a loan officer 117 emails to get 1 deal done on a truck a month ago. Counter clerks are always condescending and rude. Been on hold so long, had time to think about how terrible they have become and write a review. So far 33minutes have past since one representative passed me on to someone elses phone line which happens often. Whoever picks up always says another depertment will help you. just ring ring ringing...
