This agency is a joke.. I went to them this afternoon at around 1 pm.. They were all in a meeting/presentation and could not talk to me!!. I left my number and I was told someone will call me back in 45 minutes.. 2 hours later I called and asked for Silvia the manager. I was told she is not in today. This agency did nothing for me but book three rooms. I had to call RCCL to find out about the different restaurants, make all reservations for the six of us, (although she did offer to SELL us the dining packages), but would not help me with informations on the speciality restaurants or dining reservations. I also had to make all show reservations with RCCL, discuss bedding needs and make all airline reservations. ANYTHING AMY COULD MAKE A COMMISSION ON SHE WOULD DO!
