Had a wonderful prenatal massage from Kayla a week before my son was born and during it learned about her postpartum group. I joined when my son was a few months old and it completely opened up my world. It was everything I didn't know that I needed and I am so grateful!
Kayla's postpartum group has provided me with invaluable knowledge and connections I never would have had otherwise. Kayla is so welcoming to all and has such a positive, supportive attitude. I highly recommend this group for new moms.
I knew about Kayla’s postpartum support groups before I became pregnant, and when I found out I was expecting I knew this was something I would want to join. Weekly guest speakers all carefully chosen by Kayla to address all aspects of postpartum healing, inside and out. The community and new mom friends are just the whipped cream and cherry on top! Would highly recommend this group to any and all new moms!
Kayla is a wonderful RMT who provides excellent prenatal massage services. I saw her all throughout my pregnancy and most recently joined the Postpartum Support group which was facilitated by Kayla. It was a fabulous way to connect with other moms and babies in our community. Postpartum can be very isolating but this group made me feel less alone. I very much looked forward to our weekly group.
Being relatively new to Orillia and a recent new mom, Kayla’s mom group was exactly what I needed to help navigate this new mom world. Knowing you’re not alone in this crazy motherhood journey makes all the difference and new mom friends are an added bonus. Very grateful for Kayla organizing this amazing group and bringing the community together
