I recently completed a 6 week program with Lucinda, she is the most compassionate and caring person I have had the pleasure of learning from. Lucinda is so knowledgeable in Reiki and Meditation, and just about anything i had questions for. Lucinda is my long term massage therapist for good reason. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body, and how everything is connected. I have intense shoulder/back pain, her technique brings me relief every time. Each session is customised to exactly what I need and Lu works carefully with you, every step of the way. I have been attending meditation classes with Lucinda for over a year now and It has been an overwhelmingly positive impact on my mental health. When I first started attending meditation, I was very sceptical that I would benefit at all. Lucinda is the best massage therapist that I have had in years. She not only offers a wide range of services, but she makes you feel welcome and safe. She was extremely accommodating as I have a few serious allergies and she took them seriously unlike other people I have dealt with in the past.
