During the final steps of our mortgage process the team was unorganized and little explanation was given. Made the process very stressful.
STAY AWAY! We had the absolute worst experience using Origin Point. We were constantly misled about timelines and expectations, and completely disrespected throughout the process. The coordinator on our account was so poorly trained that she wasted more than 20 hours of mine time with back and forth communications and continuously spoke down to me, overexplaining non-pertinent information and failing to answer questions directly asked of her. I recently worked with Scott Swartz at Origin Point and It was beyond my expectations! I work with Lenders daily due to my line of work and Scott is hands down the best of the best! He is thorough, honest, is in constant contact, very knowledgeable and made what would be a difficult transition a breeze. The rates and customer service my client and I expected were exceptional.
