I specifically purchased my UGGs from this store and was told that they were handmade in Melbourne. When we got to checkout however they said that half of the UGGs are made in China but mine are not. When I arrived home I was very excited to try on my new UGGs. There is a Australian made notice on the shoe, however before I tried them on I spotted a tag on the inside of the shoe that states "MADE IN CHINA". I am very disappointed and will be returning these uggs. Shame on this company. Do not buy from them.
Rona and Amy were super helpful, I appreciate that they were able to inform me which pairs of shoes and accessories were foreign made, and which pairs were Australian made. They even stayed past regular closing hours to make sure that I am fitted with a correctly sized pair of boots. I highly recommend this location!
