Had a great experience buying a mattress (never thought I would write that) but the salesperson Anna D took the time to explain the products, explain the benefits of each mattress, put no pressure on me for a sale and was just an overall lovely lady. A+ customer service.
Exceptional service from Anna D at OMF Goulburn. She took the time to teach us how to look for the best mattress for our bodies and we never felt pressured to buy. We found a very comfortable mattress at better than half price! Can't wait for it to be delivered.
