Very disappointed. We brought 7 polo shirts (4 Under armour and 3 Club Room) that cost $200+ to be embroidered. I texted the measurements of the logo to Eric and showed him a sample of the size. He seemed very knowledgeable so I was confident that he knew what he was doing. I called him to pick up the shirts and he said he wasn’t there but he’d meet me at the office.
