I went to Origin Wellness and I have been back every week since. I toggle between relaxing procedures and power fitness. Love how I feel after, love the people who work there, and the overall low-key vibe. Highly recommend. Like nothing else out there.
It never fails to lift my body and my thoughts from the agitation of the outer world to the serenity of my inner world. The staff are so knowledgeable and sharing and give me such confidence in these unique European inspired services. I always leave Origin with a big “AHHHH”!!!
This was my second time visiting and this time I did a whole string of things. I particularly loved the Gravity Bed and I’m looking forward to going back to do a longer session of that. I also want do another Sound Refocus, more of the Airwave and maybe also another BioBalance session. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Peaceful environment.
I cannot sum up everything Origin Wellness means to me, and feel so lucky to live (somewhat) close to a place like this - it's worth the trip! I go at least 1x per week; if it were up to me I'd go every day! My go-to place for wellness when I am in the Hudson Valley. The staff are caring and knowledgeable, and the ambience is serene. Services are affordable, but high-quality. Definitely recommend.
