I have had a membership at Origin Wellness since October of 2025. Origin Wellness is where I have been going to recover from burnout and decades of chronic stress. A place where my body is re-learning how to return to a para sympathetic state. Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is one way to measure this. When I started Oct of 2025 my 30 day average HRV was 69. Friendly workers , great vibes , beautiful spa/wellness place
Went in for Cryo and an air wave/ compression massage. The staff is kind and very knowledgeable! The place is super clean. I felt like not one of my everyday problems existed, and I left feeling educated and relaxed! Thank you all!!
I come here for the airwave Massage! It's so relaxing and every service is affordable!
Nothing beats coffee and cryo on a Sunday morning!!
