Ali has helped me SO much throughout my pregnancy. I started at 15 weeks and have gone every week since. I plan to continue going postpartum! Not only do we work on pelvic floor but any discomfort that comes up from pregnancy week after week. I recommend her to everyone!!!
Vanessa is top notch! I first went to Origin to help with my Diastasis Recti after giving birth to twins. Vanessa was so supportive in helping me redevelop my core and full body strength to relieve back pain. She was enthusiastic in helping me get back to my pre-pregnancy fitness activity, as well as normal everyday functioning with two newborns. I would 100% recommend Origin and Vanessa for your postpartum recovery!
If you are looking for an amazing and experienced pelvic floor PT, Ali Anderson is your gal! I first started seeing her about 8 weeks postpartum because I was struggling with recovery following an emergency c-section. She was so knowledgeable and created an individualized plan to help me get back to feeling like myself. Ali is the absolute BEST!!! I feel so lucky to have found her. I’ve been seeing Ali through pregnancy and now postpartum, and she’s seriously amazing. I always leave feeling so much better. She’s super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and just gets what your body’s going through. If you're pregnant or recovering and dealing with pain, go see her. You won’t regret it!
Vanessa is amazing ! She’s very attentive, knowledgeable and really creates a safe space 10/10 recommend !
