Following a hysterectomy, I had a minor prolapse. My gyn recommended pelvic floor PT and gave me contact info for Origin Physical Therapy. After going a few times, I began to wonder why I hadn’t heard of this before and why all women don’t do this. It helped so much and taught me a great deal. I saw Dr. Jessica Koontz. The way she explained things and the assistance she gave made all the difference. Ladies, if you have given birth to a child, you NEED this physical therapy.

As an acrobat, Origin is my go to provider for my physical therapy needs. I have worked directly with the director Anthony, Kayla, and Rhett and my wife worked with Jeremy for the rehabilitation of multiple injuries. The entire staff is super knowledgeable and committed to getting you back to whatever functional goals you have. Susie at the front desk is also an absolute gem of a person. I have referred multiple friends and performers to Origin and could not possibly recommend them any more highly.

Jessica was absolutely fantastic! I went in to address some hip pain during my pregnancy and came away feeling prepared for labor and birth. There were so many things I learned in just a few sessions about how to avoid perennial tearing, how to push during birth, easy exercises at home to stay comfortable in those last few weeks of pregnancy and even lots of helpful information regarding postpartum recovery and movement. Pregnant people, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Jessica asap!

I needed help with pelvic floor exercises, and someone recommended Origin Physical Therapy. After some research, I chose to see Janair, and I am so glad I did. I had an amazing experience with Janair at Origin. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and always made me feel comfortable and supported. She also created a personalized program I could easily follow at home, and the Origin platform makes it simple to access everything. Book... read more
