Good place to work with if you’re an investor looking to purchase a property without proving income. Beware of employee. Jonathan is the main manager there and is a very nice person and very knowledgeable regarding the mortgage industry. The other “loan officer” Nick, on the other hand is not. He should not be on the front line dealing with people. He has a real attitude problem and a short fuse. I would recommend dealing with Jonathan if you plan on doing business with this company.
I have only good things to say about them! they got me a great rate even though i paid some points i cant complain, the payment was less than i planned and closed pretty quick despite appraisal issues. definitely recommend! plus they lend in almost all states
This mortgage company is rude! The mortgage guy hung up on me for asking him a question about the rates. Beware of this company I am getting a dishonest and scam feeling. Just a warning they want all your information and get mad when you ask any questions.
