Great customer service! I really feel like I am a welcome customer, they know me by name and treat me like an old friend. They had the best rate around when I was looking for a place to bring my IRA. The front door is kept locked, and in this day and age I appreciate the added security.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS. I RECEIVED A MAILER FROM THEM TWO DAYS AGO. IT ADVERTISED 2.41 % INTEREST RATE FOR A ONE YEAR C.D. I WENT TO THEIR BANK AND PRIOR TO OPENING THE ACCOUNT, ASKED FOR THEM TO VERIFY THE RATE..................THE RATE WAS NOT 2.41 BUT WAS 2.07. THEIR EXCUSE WAS THAT THE FED RATE WENT DOWN SO THEY WENT DOWN............................NONSENSE....... THE FED RATE WENT DOWN TWO WEEKS AGO AND THE MAILER WAS TWO DAYS AGO.. If you could design a type of bank that you would love to be part of, what are some of the things you like to see happening in there?
