My banking experience with Origin Bank located in Tyler Texas,was very plesant. I am 71 years old hard hearing and slow to understand modern ways. Assistant Banking Center Manager Judy Turcios was so kind and patient while explaining all the banking transactions that I needed to take care of that day.
Quick resolution for a need! Dillon and Morgan helped take care of the CD. The process was very smooth. Thank y’all!!
Even though I moved from that area a couple of years ago, it is still my home bank! I feel safe with the employees and especially Ms. Rachel or Ms. Amanda, to handle my questions or business honestly and privately.
