Mrs Charlotte welcomed me when I walked in and helped me start my journey with origin bank. Very professional, courteous, and got me started with a new checking account.
I just became a member of the bank a month ago as I walked into the bank first time every I felt the love and caring they had for their custom were very pleasing. i took care of my business and were out in no time.Thank you guys for the great work.

Not sure if you even have anyone of color working there. I do know I had my son open his first account there and he had an incident take place. He attends Louisiana tech and on their part mishandled a student refund. The refund should have gone to origin bank but instead it went to him as a paper check. Being new to this he paid a school fee with his atm card believing the check deposited in the bank. I covered the check immediately but they still cancelled his account.
