Tanya’s workshops are fantastic. She has the knack of being able to explain complex ideas and thinking into easily understandable chunks. If you’re looking to learn more about yourself and your wellbeing I highly recommend the Harmony and Healing workshop. The weekly Qigong classes on Friday afternoons are also fabulous. I always head home feeling both calm and energised and ready for a great weekend. Thank you Tanya for sharing your knowledge and expertise.
