Tanya’s workshops are fantastic. She has the knack of being able to explain complex ideas and thinking into easily understandable chunks. If you’re looking to learn more about yourself and your wellbeing I highly recommend the Harmony and Healing workshop. The weekly Qigong classes on Friday afternoons are also fabulous. I always head home feeling both calm and energised and ready for a great weekend. Thank you Tanya for sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Grateful to have landed in the caring hands of Tania, recommended by two friends. She has a natural ability to tune into the people she supports, and demonstrates both knowledge and wisdom. The space is very nurturing as well.
I attended the Atumun seasonal care workshop. Tania is an amazing speaker, she made it interesting and informative, plus we got to try a lovely tea and pear soup. Everyone got a folder of information which is going to be a great resource. Looking forward to next workshop.
