Great chair massage; the massage therapist even gave me a few extra minutes!
I had a massage with Kelly, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. Instead of relieving my neck pain, I felt even worse afterwards — my neck hurt for four days straight. I didn’t feel any real comfort or benefit from the service. Kelly mainly emphasized having strong hands, but I don’t believe she understood how to properly address my condition or the effect of her techniques. I would not recommend her based on my experience.
Tina is truly gifted. Her massage work is not only professional and skillful, but deeply caring. She listened carefully, addressed exactly what my body needed, and created a space where I felt safe and relaxed. I walked out feeling lighter, both physically and emotionally. After a full day of walking around Boston, my dogs were barking. I’m walking lighter after a foot massage here than I was even this morning. The masseur was attentive to me, firm where he needed to be, and relaxing throughout.
I went for the 90 minute table massage which was broken down to 60 minutes for full body and 30 minutes leg massage right after at the same table. The masseur went hard, which is what I wanted. I didn't have to say a thing and he was able to find all of my problem spots. Total cost was $110 via credit card. They did not honor the 20% off as an Amenity for the Kimpton Marlowe Hotel next door as they said it only applies to 1 hour long massages. This isn't really a problem with here, but with the hotel.
