Horrible Service, horrible business – I am so disappointed to write this review. I took in a round custom lampshade that had burned that needed to be remade for my client (I am a personal assistant). I was helped by Marc, who was nice until something went wrong, and then he wasn't nice at all, and went out of his way to be rude. I went back to pick the lampshade up, at least they finished it on time. Not so good at all – Not a very good place, service is bad. I don't know a lot about lamps or lampshades, but my Great Aunt and I had a bad experience at this store. They seem to be intent on charging a ton for their lamps, but they dont care about the quality. They do have some interesting lamps, maybe go there and look and then find something cheaper online, wher you don't have to deal with the salespeople there or the level of snotty and unhelpful service. They were downright rude to my Aunt when she had some questions.
