I brought in a beautiful lamp with a broken part. The Owner tinkered, tried a few things, and fixed it in less than 90 seconds. Superb Service. Plus, looking around the store, they had very nice inventory. They are Total Specialists with outstanding knowledge, I highly recommend,
I've order a shade which I have not received and have not received any shipping info on. I've emailed "customer service" twice and have received no replies. What a scam show this company is! Buyer Beware!
