Charlotte is amazing. I have recently went through a few extremely rough medical issues and she has helped me through all of it. I did the acupuncture to quit smoking, heard about it online and from a friend at work so I asked my doctor about it, he was very encouraging so I figured I'd give it a try. It definitely does help. There are 2 things with quitting smoking the desire to actually quit and the cravings. You have to actually want to quit and if you do this helps to take the edge off the cravings.
