The staff was very helpful with all the questions we had. Had a lot of cool items. The quality looks a little iffy on some things but otherwise, everything else seems well kept. The woman employee there was busy and always on the move and but made sure every customer she came across was helped out. She went out of her way to help me find an item (the capybara purse) I wanted that was displayed in their window but couldn't find elsewhere. This store is horrendous and continues to sell counterfeit products to customers. They price-gouge their fake products, such as the infamous LABUBU'S and anime figurines. There's another Oriental Gifts at the Town Center Mall of Aurora. Let's not forget to mention that the employees will harass you if they get suspicious. Buyers beware and avoid going here. POPMART can replace this store one day.

Kinda crazy they have a bunch of fakes & they are charging more for the fakes(29.99) than the official product. While they do have some real one specifically the Labubus they are asking 89.99 per! While the real ones are only 27.99. Their reason to why the are prices so high is so everyone can get one, at least that’s what the person at the counter informed me. bought a couple of blind box products, and they were ALL fake. no disclosure. looks like they use the “replica” excuse but the boxes do not disclose that they are replicas. extremely questionable practices. (also sold a LOT of illegal knives)
