Good morning got an message in my micro soft talking about housing assistance program. When I called North Star in Cleveland the workers wasn't aware of the program I was talking about need to hire people who knows how to do there job got an lot of information people can use in their meeting every week
I spent 90 days in this nasty ass cockroach infested black mold asbestos shit hole. They have mice and big rats running all over the place. Casc should be shut down and the state should take it over. The 8 week IOP classes are a joke absolutely no help getting sober with this place. All they want to do is soak the insurance money from you
I’m currently at the TMRC Oriana House inc. at 55E. Glenwood ave. Akron Ohio. This is no treatment center or transitional control facility. The so called program here is terrible. Staff is rude, Racist, play favoritism and don’t know how to do their jobs. I have witnessed so much drug use in here. Nothing done about it. It’s total chaos. Would like to see the doors close. It’s a scam for tax payers money.
Staff friendly, clean waiting area, service in a timely manner.
The staff is a joke, rude, self entitled, worthless at providing any type of customer service. One would think kids work there with the amount of games the staff play.
