Organizing Options of Illinois, and its owner, Mara Lazar, were awesome. Mara was not only completely reliable, helpful, and professional, she also was very human, meaning she understood the complexity and sadness that can oftentimes accompany projects like this. My husband and I would absolutely use Mara and her company again and would not hesitate ever, to refer her to any of our friends or family.

All around, working with Mara, Brett, and company was an amazing experience. They helped my family and during a difficult time after! They were responsive, honest, attentive and very clear in what to expect, and managed to work with us from 1,700 miles away! I called on Mara and her team to assist in clearing out a condo during the pandemic. We were not able to hold a traditional estate sale per the condo rules. First of all, she was compassionate, honest and direct which I so appreciated. She was detailed and offered a number of alternatives (which included to sell, auction, donate, recycle, clear out everything) which worked out very efficiently. Every detail was well coordinated.
