These ppl just want to get paid. Don’t care about the tenants not having heat all winter no washer dryer for 6 months. The houses are already old but to have to live in those conditions are cruelty to human beings. To be honest the owner wouldn’t live in those conditions. Need I formation on who paying these people to house tenants?
They help a lot of people as well as homeless, vets and people with addiction
