I had a Craniosacral therapy session with Kendra at Harmonic Roots, and it was an incredibly calming and restorative experience. The session was deeply relaxing and helped settle my nervous system in a way I hadn’t experienced before, it felt peaceful, grounding, and very centering. I went and had a massage from Saran Jayakrishnan at Orenda wellness. It was the most incredible massage, I got so much relief from my pain immediately! He was such a fantastic RMT! Saran was also very friendly and super kind. I highly recommend him! Thank you so much saran for the very best massage, and helping my neck pain!
Booked online, showed up on time . Tried 3 times to get buzzed in for my appointment before giving up and leaving . Cant give much of a review beyond that.
