I had a wonderful time at Orenda med spa. Josie is very clear and professional when it comes to what services are being performed and was very good at explaining to me what the benefits of what procedure I am having done. I was nervous getting micro needled as I have never had something like this done before but I will be returning for more procedures in the future. It’s been several years now and I continue to love Orenda and especially Molly! Over those years, Molly has proven to be a gifted and talented professional. I appreciate the fact that she is a nationally recognized educator in her field. Not only does Molly teach other professionals, she also educates her clients. Leaving another review as Orenda had my previous review removed. I had been a loyal client of this med spa for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. My husband scheduled what was clearly communicated and booked (with both Molly and the spa) as a touch-up service with a set price of $150. During his visit, he was told he had a few additional hairs on his neck, which were quickly treated. However, at checkout, he was charged $300—double the quoted price. Absolutely horrendous customer service and care. Zero compassion and respect for unforeseen circumstances. Called to cancel due to 2 sick kids (morning of) and sick spouse and was charged because “our girls time is more important.” Absolutely unacceptable.
Molly and Josie are amazing. They have valuable knowledge and have been able to reverse my rosacia in a couple months!
