They never answer. I filed my taxes with them and my husband sent an application for his ITIN number, they charged us more than $200 in September, my paperwork doesn't even appear in the IRS system and my husband's application was rejected. I have called them more than 5 times trying to find out the problem and they always say they will call me back, but they never call me back. Lately they don't even answer.
