They never answer. I filed my taxes with them, and my husband applied for an ITIN. They charged us over $200 in September, but my application doesn't even appear in the IRS system, and my husband's application was rejected. I've called them more than five times trying to find out what's wrong, and they always say they'll call me back, but they never do. Ultimately, they just stop answering.
