They never answer. I filed my taxes with them, and my husband applied for his ITIN number. They charged us over $200 in September. My tax return doesn't even appear in the IRS system, and my husband's application was rejected. I've called them more than five times trying to figure out the problem, and they always say they'll call me back, but they never return my call. Ultimately, they don't even answer.
