Karen is professional and really knows her stuff. She asks the right questions to get information and also replies to my questions in a timely manner. Her rates a quite fair. I've been using her services for about six years and my husband has gotten his taxes done by Karen for at least 15 years. Much appreciated!
I thought we were being refunded over $600, but instead we owed money. Our taxes were filed incorrectly, and when we addressed this mistake to Karen with the letter from the IRS, all we got was a "Yea, guess I screwed up. Looks like you owe." Terrible attitude and no effort to make it right. Don't trust your finances with this idiot
I've been dealing with Karen for over 20 years she is fantastic highly recommend her
