They try but haven't had the respect for costumes as they should
He is the rudest human being I have ever met in my 60 years. Needs to be educated on interpersonal communications and customer service. I was appalled at how he talked and treated me. He prepared a document for my Dad that had contradictory statements. I called to get clarification and he would not talk to my Dad on the phone because he wanted to be paid for his time. HE PREPARED AND WAS PAID FOR THIS DOCUMENT ALREADY.
