One star — Longtime customer treated like a problem over $15 I’ve been coming here for years and never had an experience like this until today. I bought a cartridge, went home, opened it, and right away saw it was defective. I brought it back immediately—unopened beyond the initial packaging—and was told they don't accept returns on that product. That policy was not mentioned at the time of sale. One of the weirdest and rudest experiences I had just trying to get help not being from here. The guy at the counter obviously needs to stop working in customer service because wow the attitude right when walking in is wild. He was mad right away when I asked which colors meant what. I am not from this state, from Florida which i stated in positivity hoping to get some help. They were a huge help to me! They never were rude to me even though i kept calling about my order or some random question i had! i have super bad anxiety so i don’t go into dispensaries but they made the delivery process really great and the person that dropped it off was super sweet! thank you guys for all your help!! i will definitely be ordering from you again.
