Unwelcoming and hostile towards poor people and hippies. I do grounding as part of my religous practice, which was fine with every employee except one. I am also visibly transgender. And he took every opportunity to misgender me and laugh while he did so, throwing in as much gendered language as he could. He told me i would be forced out if i ever appeared that way there again.
