The staff at this location were quite unkind and unwilling to speak or help me when I came in requesting information on creating a new account and applying for a loan. I'm sure the bank network is fine but the staff at this location have soured me to this bank.

I wanted a single statement for each of my accounts for calendar year 2025. I spent about half of an hour on the website trying to produce the reports. Neither Hailey nor her manager could provide the answer. Hailey followed up with the technology group and called me back with the answer. She did a great job! But, the sites search or help features should have been able to provide the solution to all users without the need to call for help.

Emily P has gone above and beyond to get the title to my car which should have been provided by the dealer. Her communication has been amazing and I don’t even have to contact her because she keeps me in the loop. We are thankful she was willing to stay with this frustrating situation.
