I would like to compliment the staff at the Lake Road Branch of Oregonians Credit Union. As a long time member I have had the opportunity of meeting and being assisted by many capable people. The staff at this particular branch seem to be a step above the others. I'm always greeted with a smile and welcomed as if I were Elon Musk. Most recently four delightful ladies have assisted me. Ashlyn is always amazing. They all are. I have had a l9t of issues with the mail & my work. They have been so helpful & friendly through this whole process. Best Credit union around, hands down! I will not go anywhere else just because of the service alone.

I have been an Oregonians CU member since 1989. All along the way I have experienced wonderful people who go above and beyond to help me. Darline Rucker is one of those people. Someone attempted to hack our account last week and she jumped right on to lock things down and set us up with a new account. She then walked us thru all of the steps needed to facilitate our on line banking needs. If I could give more than 5 stars for her I would!!
