I came into the credit union very frustrated with how my new account was working for me. David was very patient and understanding. He worked with me for about an hour and got my account figured out and the steps I needed to complete for following up. OCU has had exceptional customer service every time I have used them, whether on the phone or in person. Very pleased up to this point to becoming a new member of OCU.
My experience with OCU has been great so far thanks to David Celis. He has been my point of contact since Day 1 and is always so helpful. I can always send an email, text or call and he responds quickly and genuinely. If something is not clear or accurate, he will go the extra mile to double check and make sure things are processed correctly and that I understand. It's an honor to write him a 5-star review. I want to thank David and Patty at the Gresham Branch for suggesting I set up a Money Market account.
