I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I've received from this bank. It feels like they're unwilling to go the extra mile to assist their customers. We have been customers for over 29 years. The fund hold times are excessive compared to other banks I've used. Their systems and online banking platform are outdated, making simple tasks like online deposits a huge hassle. Eryn at the Gresham branch is always cheerful, professional, and consistently impresses me with her knowledge of procedures that are not common to daily banking. I've been dealing with the estate of a lost loved one and she has been patient, caring and remarkably knowledgeable. I am always pleased to see her behind the counter as I know I will get great service and a smile.
