I have been a part of OCU for close to 15 years now. The Oregon city branch has always maintained a very helpful staff. Even though I live 40 minutes away from them, and pass several banks along the way, I’m convinced they are worth the time out of my way. I find the online portal to be very easy to navigate as well.
I visited the Oregon City Office to make some financial changes and I was helped by the Manager Kaylee and one teller. They both were able to assist me with my account and was very careful that things were adjusted correctly. I feel these people are very knowledgable and keeps our accounts safe.
