I stopped by the Oregon City location to inquire about a loan for my daughter's school without an appointment. I hardly waited before Chelsey helped me in between two of her prior appointments. She took my information and started the loan process. After the initial sit-down, communicating via text and using DocuSign made the process extremely easy for someone who doesn't have a lot of time to answer calls or go to appointments. Thank you!
I was shopping around for a Loan on my new truck when I meat Chelsey at Oregonians CU. Let me tell you something, I have been doing business at a few different Credit Unions and Chelsey literally stole my business with how she does Business. I needed a car loan on short notice and Chelsey made the entire process so easy and painless. She was super knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions. It was a slow day in the lobby so im not sure if its always going to be this snappy BUT we were in and out with the documents we needed in less than 25 min. Oregonians has really great customer service and probably the best auto loan rates in Oregon. (The dealership I went through couldn’t believe the pre-approved rate I came to them with). I’ve just gotten my second auto loan through Oregonians, and absolutely love what they offer and how easy they make the process, from the pre-approval step (thank you Kailee Wood!) all the way to securing the loan (thank you Emily Purdy and team!).
