As a first time customer, my experience was very offputting. rude customer service over the phone and in person. Placed order for some hardware and when asked about shipping, the gentleman blatantly said that it’s up to The delivery company and it’s no longer in his hands and they deliver whenever they feel like it, just for it to be delivered an hour later.
