Oregon Pacific Bank is the most incompetent financial institution I've had the displeasure of attempting to work with. I applied online for a mortgage with them at the beginning of August, and it took a week to get a phone call from Kim Erickson, SVP, Florence Team Leader & Manager of Residential Lending. I had shopped around for mortgages, and out of four lenders, Oregon Pacific was the last one to reach out.
