They’re very nice
I have never felt so diminished as not only a “patient” but as a human. Dr Drumm is absolutely horrible. Wouldn’t even let me speak. I will be reporting him due to the extremes of what happened. And based on reviews it sounds like he shouldn’t be practicing at all. Absolutely disgusted.
Larry Drumm has been one of the worst providers and determines your worth as a patient, and will dismiss you and use you. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
The office staff are great to deal with and are a great help. Dr Drum on the other hand couldn't be more shady. I went through a workmans Comp claim and dr drum was telling me that the whole process is a scam and that he'd do what he could to help me get through it so I felt relieved. In the end I came in for a visit and mind you I lived over an hour away when Dr Drum says to me mid sentence "well I'm releasing you today because the IME exam came in and there not willing to pay for anymore visits for you so that's it " . Amazing staff all around! Very welcoming and friendly. Didn’t feel like I was a bother.
